Printing labels for an order

Open Print labels from an order


  1. Open an order in Shopify admin.
  2. Use the Label Wizard / Print labels action from the order’s More actions (or equivalent admin action provided by the app).
  3. Label Wizard opens Print labels scoped to that order’s line items.


Quantities from the order


For order printing, quantities follow line item quantities on the order. You do not need the inventory-based default quantity setting for this path, and the “one quantity for every product” Print All step is skipped.


You can still review the Products table before confirming the print.


Choose stock and print


  1. Confirm the design you want to print.
  2. Choose Print.
  3. Select your sheet or roll and DPI as usual.
  4. Review the preview, then print.
